SINGAPORE — A public member warned towards patronising a newly opened hawker stall after experiencing poor customer support on Christmas Day. After allegedly ready virtually two hours, the purchasers turned the goal of vulgarities from a “gangster” workers.
The Fb group Grievance Singapore member shared their expertise, noting that they had ordered sambal stingray, kangkong and fuyong omelette from a stall on the Senja Hawker Centre.
“At first, the cashier informed us estimated ready time was about half-hour. At 8 pm, our meals was not prepared, so we approached the cashier, and he or she stated (they) wanted 30 extra minutes,” the shopper wrote.
“We perceive, as the shop is kind of crowded on Christmas night time. So we went again to our seats and continued to attend.” Nonetheless, at 8:50 pm, their meals was nonetheless not served – even the omelette, which was straightforward to arrange.
They approached the stall and requested for an replace on their meal, noting the youngsters had been already very hungry. The household steered cancelling the order if nothing was ready and requested for a refund.
