Mdm Halimah was the visitor of honour on the landmark solo exhibition #GBK85 of pioneer-generation artist and Cultural Medallion recipient Goh Beng Kwan. Along with different dignitaries, the President lower the ribbon throughout the ceremony held on the grand foyer of Conrad Centennial Singapore.
